1. Booth space will be available on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED basis. Electric spaces are limited.
2. Booth space is approximately 6'X 10'. All tables must be covered and skirted to the floor.
3. The Bazaar Committee reserves the right to refuse space to anyone.
4. Booth space is $25.00. Cost is with or without table. Reservations are non-refundable.
5. Church will be opened on Friday @ 5 PM - 8 PM & Saturday 6:30 AM for set-up. NO early teardowns please.
6. Crafters and vendors are encouraged to donate a raffle item.
7. Shoppers will get 1 raffle ticket for every $1 they donate. Prizes will be located on tables in hallway.
8. Please provide a self-addressed, stamped, business sized envelope with your entry form. We will be sending out information 2 weeks prior to the show.
9. Vendors selling food items must hold their own Allen County, IN Board of Health (BOH) event permit, copy provided to event coordinator prior to set up.
